Michael L. Barnard, PE
Owner/President

As Owner and President of ML Barnard, Inc., Michael Barnard's primary job responsibilities include engineering, design, strategic planning, estimating, client development, client budgeting, tax abatements and customer service. He is a graduate of The University of Cincinnati, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Magna Cum Laude class of 1975). Mike holds a Professional Engineer License in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Minnesota. With over 30 years experience, Mike has gained a diverse and intimate knowledge of real estate and construction management. Mike is an active member in a number of Professional and community organizations.

Albert Fedders
Controller

Albert Fedders is the Controller of ML Barnard, Inc. Albert's responsibilities include overseeing of the accounting process, human resources, marketing, finances, customer service and contractual agreements between owners, subcontractors and vendors.

Albert is a graduate of The University of Kentucky, where he received both his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a minor in Marketing. Prior to joining ML Barnard, Inc. in May of 1999 as Corporate Manager he worked for Great American Insurance as an Auditor in their Corporate Internal Audit Department.

Albert is very involved in community service. Currently, Albert sits on the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) Board, where he contributes to the planning of monthly events and participates in the scholarship committee. In the past, he has coached the Dixie Heights Boys Varsity Soccer, and the St. Agnes boy’s soccer team, which he took select. He has also been involved in several other activities at Dixie Heights High School, such as: Spirit Day and Career Day


Steve Weber
General Superintendent

Steve Weber is ML Barnard, Inc.'s General Superintendent. Steve's responsibilities include supervision of ML Barnard, Inc.'s field personnel, sub-contractor interaction, scheduling, field design and management, and job site performance.

Steve has over 30 years experience in the construction industry and has been with ML Barnard, Inc. since inception. Steve's prior experience includes: Construction Superintendent for Cincinnati United Contractors (CUC) and Project Foreman for Valley Interior Systems.

Steve is a Graduate of Ohio Valley Carpenters and is an active member in a number of community organizations.
