ML Barnard, Incorporated was established in 1992 by Michael L. Barnard, to serve clients’ design/build needs. Mr. Barnard has over 25 years of experience in the commercial construction industry and was Vice President for a prominent firm in the Greater Cincinnati area prior to starting ML Barnard, Inc. Mr. Barnard is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Minnesota.

Within the last ten years ML Barnard has served clients in the tri-state area as a General Contractor, Designer, Construction Manager and Designer/Builder on several projects. Our experience ranges from high-rise office buildings to office/manufacturing facilities to tenant finishes.
